Now more than ever is a time to connect with ourselves and our bodies as we negotiate the unique challenges of the ‘new normal’. At Temple Pilates, our sessions are a partnership where we explore your movement potential and work together towards what you want to achieve.
Your aims might be as simple as moving to feel good or improve your strength, flexibility & mobility away from a large group environment; or perhaps you’re looking for a tailored program for improvement and injury prevention for a sport you love; you might even be a Pilates lover wanting to finesse your practice and work towards more advanced repertoire with time and guidance just for you. I would love to help you achieve that. 😊
About Me
I fell in love with Pilates over 25 years ago during my time as a dancer and I haven’t stopped. Once I felt the magic of the body connection and control that Pilates offers I was hooked.
I love that Pilates is a practice, you’re never just ‘there’ - it’s a constant dance or dialogue with your body to find the nuances and connection that not only help you nail a complex move, but integrates into your whole physical & mental wellbeing every day.
