Trachele “Chele” is a real estate and creative entrepreneur. She is a licensed Florida Broker Associate with Oakstrand
Realty.

Trachele has successfully incorporated her love of acting, writing and teaching into her real estate career. She owns an online real estate academy, has spoken at numerous real estate conferences and is a published author.

Trachele uses social media for marketing and connection. She shares income generating ideas, real estate facts, tips and skits on her TikTok, Instagram and YouTube accounts.

Trachele is a lupus warrior and is currently serving as a Lupus Ambassador for the SE Region.

Trachele believes in collaboration over competition and that together everyone achieves more. Her mastery of group economics and real estate combined with her passion for acting led her to create the powerful and influential movement Create Real Estate Wealth (C.R.E.W).

C.R.E.W is an innovative approach to real estate investing combining traditional residential real estate sales with an investment club. Essentially C.R.E.W is about creating real estate wealth by investing in spaces used for content creation.

This movement was born out of necessity. As a content creator herself, Trachele quickly outgrew her home and needed a larger place to film and take photos. She also desired a space outside of her home to write and work on other projects.

Standard coworking spaces didn’t cater to creatives so they didn’t appeal to Trachele. She considered renting an office space
