My name is Brandon Weaver. I've been involved in fitness in some form or another since ~2000. If there's one thing I've learned from my own personal journey, as well as from working with others, it's that there's no one-size-fits-all approach to fitness. The uniqueness of each individual is just too substantial for cookie-cutter approaches to training and nutrition to be of long-term value.

My time in the Marines taught me just how valuable physical fitness can be, but it also exposed to me the pitfalls of trying to apply a one-size-fits-all solution to diverse individuals with the expectation of seeing progress. It simply doesn't work in the long run.

Eventually, the formula fails to produce positive results.

Eventually, each person reaches a point where an individualized approach is necessary if progress is to be ensured.
