A little bit about Me
I am happy you are here! I love empowering Women through living a hope filled life after Trauma and Abuse. I love helping other Women find their confidence. And show them how their outside beauty can match their inside beauty. At the young age of 12 I lost my 15 year old Brother to Suicide. So I am Mental Health Advocate as well.
I am passionate about raising awareness of those living with mental or behavioral health issues and to help reduce the stigma so many experience. I linked a website below to Mental Health America. It’s full of amazing resources.
