ABOUT ME

I am a human activator, helping others reconnect to their own value, their true worth and their own unique powers and gifts for this human experience.

Having followed the black line on the bottom of the pool as a swimmer for 15yrs and competing on an international level - I naturally gravitated to coaching roles whilst still in the thick of my career.

This included 12yrs of inspiring all ages to perform regionally, nationally, and internationally. I found my passion in creating bespoke coaching plans for athletes which I found came naturally to me, using the power of language to inspire athletes to make the impossible, possible.

After encountering my own dark times, I had to make life changing decisions around my relationships, my son and my own journey of overcoming childhood trauma - I followed my own souls-truth and faced my shadows head on, regardless of the societal backlash, becoming my own self-healer to rewrite my future to align my life in my way, for my purpose.

Which has created an epic toolkit to dip into the real me, to transmute life's stresses and take the magic into each and every day.
