Hi,

I’m Jana Hlinkova, founder of The Art of Slowlyness—a space where we learn to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and build deeper, more meaningful relationships.

I guide workshops for women and couples that invite you to explore what it truly means to feel at home in your body, your heart, and your life. My events are grounded, welcoming, and deeply nourishing—created for those who are curious about personal growth, intimacy, and emotional connection, without needing to fit into any particular “spiritual” mold.

With a background in Tantra wisdom, embodiment, and somatic practices, I create experiences that help you come out of your busy mind and into the present moment—where real connection happens. My approach is warm, intuitive, and down-to-earth. Whether we’re moving, sharing, reflecting, or simply breathing together, the intention is always the same: to reconnect with what really matters.

Serpent & Flame is a 4-hour women’s immersion rooted in the ancient wisdom of Tantra and the modern need for embodied presence. Through a blend of guided meditation, somatic movement, sensual touch, and gentle ritual, we’ll explore what it means to live in HARMONY with your feminine energy — both soft and strong, still and alive, grounded and deeply felt.

I created this four-hour workshop so we can LOSE THE TRACK OF TIME and fully delve into being present — without rushing anywhere — and go deeper into somatic and sensual experience. That’s what Tantra is about: presence, embodiment, and the FREEDOM TO SIMPLY BE.
