Peyton’s Theatre Accomplishments!! :)

Peyton started doing community theatre at the age of 18 after he graduated from West Monroe High School in May 2017.
Peyton’s first show was at the Strauss Theatre in Monroe, Louisiana. It was a musical called My Fair Lady (September 2017), and later on in April 2018 with the musical Sister Act. In December 2018, He participated in a Christmas show called “Cottonland Christmas” where he was a soloist singing “Santa Claus is coming to Town”
He returned to the Strauss in April 2019 and got casted in Mamma Mia where Cherrie Sciro from the drama department at Louisiana Tech was the director in nearby Ruston. Right after he got done with Mamma Mia, He went to CA Studio, also headquartered in Monroe to try out for the play called The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime which he was casted in having various ensemble roles which he performed in June 2019 at Lea’s of LeCompte Restaurant.
Peyton was at it again with CA Studio on a production called The Play Called Noah’s Flood which was performed at the Biedenharn Museum and Gardens and he was Enoch Thornscrew and the sin of Greed. (November 2019)
Peyton will also be more productions in the nearby, new upcoming season at the Strauss Theatre.
Peyton has been a member of the Strauss Theatre ever since 2018 and is currently a member and volunteer to this day.
Peyton tries his best to see every show at the Strauss Little Theatre, Strauss Youth Academy for the Arts, Twin City Entertainment and CA Studio. (Monroe)
Ruston Community Theatre shows at the Dixie Theatre and shows at Louisiana Tech’s Stone Theatre. (Ruston)

Life as an Artist!!

Peyton is a local artist who works with the following media: Acrylic, Watercolor, and Ink. He also does drawings. He loves painting and drawing New Orleans/Louisiana scenery, Local scenery, and Broadway playbills. Commissions and requests for paintings and drawings are welcome. Message me on my personal Instagram page or my Facebook page in the link below for requests.
He has also participated in the local Downtown Gallery Crawls, Brew on the Bridge, etc.
Peyton is a member of the Northeast Louisiana arts Council and just recently signed up for ArtSnacks.

Peyton also participates in the Inktober drawing challenge every year in October.

Community Work

I have worked and volunteered for many local events. I have worked many beautification projects in the community with Ouachita Green.
I have also volunteered backstage and front of house for Strauss Theatre productions and local art events.
I am now starting to do volunteer work at the Biedenharn Museum and Gardens in Monroe, Louisiana. ❤️
