1. I completed my Beauty course at 17 years of Age at the Gold Coast Training Academy in Burleigh Heads in 1996

2. I have been working for more than 25 years in the beauty industry.

3. I have worked in many award winning beauty salons over the years, interstate , internationally.

4. I had a mobile beauty service business for 5 years.

5. For the last few years I have worked as a Lead educational trainer at South West QLD TAFE at Ipswich & Toowoomba Campuses &. currently teaching Cert 3 Beauty at East Coast Gympie campus.

6. I am obsessed about symmetrical brows and helped create a Brow mapping course with at THink Aesthetics Cosmetic Tattooing Academy

7. I have presented a Brow Mapping Tutorial to a world wide Conference for APAN in 2021

8. I love studying and continue to learn new skills & techniques to deliver new services to improve my own skill set and my business

Booking Fees

$20

To make a booking with me , you will be asked to make a $20 deposit through timely , as well as phone bookings.

This is to show commitment to your treatment(s) .

Also, that I will be making space for you to perform your desired services & that it takes away the possibility of another client who would have like to of had your booking time slot .

This $20 is redeemable with your service or product if you are having a skin consultation.

However , there is a firm 24 hour cancellation period.

Please call or message within this timeframe to reschedule.

Anything outside of this will forfeit your booking fee.

Refund Policy —

Due to the nature of products sold on this website being of a personal care nature refunds are not permitted. Unless allergic reaction occurs .

However if you have any concerns please contact Amba at thebeautyroomsouthside@gmail.com or on 0477 751 585

Pick up from 32 Furness Road, Southside or Australia Post will be used to send our parcels and in the unlikely instance anything is missing please contact within 7 days of delivery

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving package and contact us immediately if the item(s) is/are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate & resolve the issue immediately.

Please include a photo of the item(s) and the packaging it came in ensuring your postal information is visible on the package.

We will be in contact to let you know your enquiry was recieved and it is up to our discretion whether a replacement/refund is accepted.

If you are approved, then we will aim to process your replacement within 1-2 business days

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
