From our casa to yours.
Made in 2019, Cantina started of as private chef serving private dining in their own space. We wanted to introduce formal dining in casual way, not necessarily held on special occasions.
Still in the affordable theme, we came up upon "soul food", originated from the US, a staple for Southern African-Americans.
We straight away thought of how we used to cook for ourselves with whatever we had. We choose and had to create food out of things left in our fridge and shelves, and how we extremely happy with what we made and share it to our friends.
That is our root.
