Chef Ronnie Mills is a 15 year plus year Executive Chef. He has extensive experience between working in various luxury hotels, opening hotels, brick & mortar restaurants and corporate restaurants.

Chef Ronnie understands and embodies the full culinary experience. He also has cooked alongside some of the best Culinary greats in the industry.

Chef Ronnie began his career in the food & beverage industry as a dishwasher, then working as a line cook. After being a line cook he transitioned to Sous Chef. Eventually, he obtained the coveted role as an Executive Chef.

Although traditional corporate restaurants served a great way to build experience, Chef Ronnie realized entrepreneurship was the route that he ultimately wanted to take. He started his own culinary catering business ‘Chefs on Independence LLC’.
