Pre-Ceremony 
(Beginning 3-4 weeks prior to your big day)
    
•Development of a detailed Production Schedule and timeline 
•Unlimited phone calls and email communication  
•Vendor recommendations 
•Follow up communication to all contracted vendors prior to wedding day to provide your timeline

Day Of

•Day of event Vendor management and your Vendor point of contact for the full event
•Up to 8 hours day of ceremony
•Oversee Vendor Set Up  
•Oversee all deliveries 
•Set/hand out programs  
•Pin boutonnieres and corsages 
•Coordinate the grand entrance 
•Check floor plans, cake placement and other logistics   
•Oversee and assist with ceremony and reception decoration 
•Resolve any issues that may arise during ceremony & reception
•Emergency Kit on hand and accessible to bridal party 
•Place and/or verify table names, place cards, favors, toasting flutes, cake serving set, toss bouquet, welcome table, memorial table and/or gift table items per the Clients instructions
•Assist guests and bridal party with questions 
•Organize and cue Grand Entrance of Couple and/or Wedding Party
•Supervise Food and Beverage Services 
•Cake cutting
•Coordinate with the dj or individual(s) all music and announcements to be made 
•Maintain flow of the evening, ensuring that all goes according to your wishes 
•Pass out Vendor tips or final payments and obtain a signature of receipt for each
•Coordinate the Grand Exit 
•Verify all Client personal ceremony and reception items are packed up and relocated for removal at the end of the night 
•Assist family/friends assigned to haul out left over food and personal items      
•Oversee Vendor Clean Up
