Shalisha has sold over 100 homes across DC, Maryland, and Virginia in the past three years alone, giving her an intimate knowledge of the DC Metro region. She is a third-generation native Washingtonian, so this gives her unique insight.

After twelve years as a police officer in Northern Virginia, and working as a part-time realtor during her last three years on the force, she dedicated her full time and attention to her true passion—real estate—with no regrets. Her patience, candor,
honest approach, and problem-solving skills have made her a trusted advisor since she puts the interests of her clients first, always.

Principles learned while serving as an officer remain at the core of Shalisha's real estate business.

In 2022, she was recruited the top brokerage in the country, Compass, where she decided to grow her very own team.

Shalisha has been dubbed as “your agent’s favorite agent” due to her reputation and ability to connect and build relationships with agents across the US. Additionally, she mentors dozens of agents while managing her team, The Cosmopolitan Collective.

Away from work, Shalisha spends time with her four children: Sydney, a student at Pitt; Skylar, a senior at South County High School who is going to VCU; Jackson, who goes to middle school and plays for the football team; and her three-year-old, Sloane. She is also the proud stepmother of four children.

Her passion project is assisting her husband, Dr. Phil Ragland, in growing his medical and mental
health practices in Baltimore and southern Maryland.
