The Home Staging Service includes Depersonalisation, Decluttering & Styling of your property.

Depersonalisation and decluttering are important, When your home is simplified and your personal effects are removed from sight, buyers find it easier to imagine themselves living in the space.

Where possible I will re-design and re-purpose the existing furniture and decor in your property, however sometimes it may be necessary to purchase some new items.

💫 Basic Home Staging Package €145

Includes; Home visit, recommendations and a styling proposal providing DIY tips & advice on how to style your home to sell.

💎 Premium Home Staging Package €450

Includes; Home visit, recommendations, styling proposal and 10 hours of decluttering and styling. (extra hours charged at €25 per hour)
