Kris + Jackie Durbin

Hello there!!

We are Kris and Jackie Durbin the owners and team leaders for The d Team. Together we have FOUR children, 3 daughters and 1 son.

Having a blended family can be challenging but so can running a business, but we make it work.

Kris has been in Real Estate since 2003 and licensed since 2007. He was previously in the Mortgage business and television marketing. Kris is the type of person who sees a challenge or adversity and takes it on full force. His business has had its ups and downs but in the past 3 years it has really taken off. Goals he had only dreamed of reaching are now a reality. He enjoys motivating other agents and assisting them in reaching their full potential. He offers coaching for new and experienced agents and is an expert with neighborhood networking, a different approach to farming, as well creating a referral business through Local Service Ads.

Jackie was a teacher for nearly two decades before she entered the industry. She is a lifelong learner and loves to teach new agents how the systems and tools they have can make their job easier. She is a kvCORE trainer and has used her educational background to create self-paced courses, tiered classes and training offerings for other teams within her brokerage.

Together Kris and Jackie have created a team of agents who are making waves in the East Valley. They offer XSell training and coaching to agents they support.
