We are the younger three of six siblings, still at home and looking after mum and dad. Growing up life was good, full house with the older siblings, mum and dad working hard so that we could have a better childhood than they both did.
Younger sibling no. 1: Erinie Endemann
I’m your typical proud Sāmoan, in love with the culture and church. I am currently a high school teacher in South Auckland and am also a young matai in my aiga. I joined this online business because I knew that although I had a good career and good money, being a Sāmoan matai meant that there were a lot of family, village, and church obligations that required financial contributions which my income could not cover. While studying I found a job cleaning the airport late at night and early in the morning, man it was tough! Cleaning up after other people made me feel worthless, a change had to be made. I studied harder, graduated, got a career in teaching (which I love and will be doing until I’m old and frail lol) did everything I was supposed to do to be “successful and out of financial hardship”but it wasn’t enough! Here I am today part of an online business that provides my family and I with extra income while I pursue my career at the same time! This online business is great for our Pasifika families who are looking for a another source of income, all you have to do is to take that leap of faith and you’ll see the blessings rain down on you and your aiga.
Younger sibling no. 2: Tapalega Jubilee Endemann
I’m a 3rd year medicine student at Otago University and a young Sāmoan girl from South Auckland hard hehe, who loves her family, church, and having fun! I didn’t always want to pursue a career in medicine but seeing the struggle us Pasifika families go through not only financially but health-wise, stirred my passion to seek a career in the medical field. I used to work at a uniform shop while studying in college. It was here that I realised the struggle was real man! (and it still is lol). Did I enjoy working there? Not really, but did it help contribute to my aiga’s income? YES! Although working there helped my family at the time, it still wasn’t enough to pay for a lot of things that I hoped would be paid off by my contribution. So, joining the online business alongside my siblings would not only mean earning some extra moolah, but seizing this mean as opportunity that would help us and our Pasifika aiga big time! Especially with “FAALAVELAVE” #IYKYK haha…..so stop sitting there and reading this, jump on the train and lessssssgggooooo
Cheehoo!!!!
Youngest of the gang: Cherlana Endemann
I’m the youngest out of all the Endemann kids, and am currently finishing off my last year in high school, and am working part time to help mum and dad. I joined this online business along my brother to ease the financial burdens our family faces. I still have my life ahead of me, but I wanted a kickstart to a life not controlled by the clock, not controlled by others, I want a life where I choose how my day is going to look like instead of working hard and sweating my butt off for someone else!! I know this online business will do that for me, not only will it ease financial burdens off my parents, but it will allow me to live my life to it’s fullest! Trust the process and you’ll reap the rewards! Don’t wait until you’re “ready” now is the time!!
