It’s sign up day. Now what?

First Steps

1. SEND A SELFIE TO YOUR ENROLLER

2. Check your email for a first message from Corporate! This will include your username and website link.


GREENROOM/BACK OFFICE

Once you are signed up, you can use your website name you chose and attach it to the end of this link to give it to anyone else that wants to sign up or purchase from you. This is called your “replicated site”.

The web name you picked IS your username to log into different places like your back office called “the greenroom”.

You can access your back office by clicking this link and entering your website name and password again.

Once there, update your photo and information in the greenroom. Under the profile section you will see a place to update your social media links as well as write something about yourself. Google will pick this up and it will show up on your replicated site. Make sure you (and your customers or business partners) can see your name at the top as their Beauty Guide!

Save both of these links because you will need them in the future. The first is your website (that you will give to customers) and the second is your back office (where you will be able to see your orders and commission, team etc.

Get Connected

Jot down the names of friends, family members, and co-workers who are going to support you in your business. Let’s send them a message sharing how excited you are!

Here are some sample messages. It’s SUPER important that you sound like yourself so don’t just copy and paste these words. :)

1) Friend! You aren’t going to believe what I just did. I tried this amazing product line and I decided to work with this company! You are going to love some of these things - want some samples? Or come over and let’s play makeup!

2) Hi!! I decided to pick up retailing a brand that will help me (reason here) so I can (goal). I wanted to invite you to (event here) so you can check it all out!

3) Hey (insert name here)! I decided to retail a brand of professional makeup and clean skincare and I’m so excited! I wanted to offer you a sample or two if you would be willing to give an honest review that I can use for my network! Are you in?

This is like having a quick snapshot of our Greenroom in the palm of your hands. This app will help you keep track of customer orders and credits, LimeLifer customer rewards status, personal numbers and commissions, and team numbers and progress. You can even search for a particular product here and it will show you everyone who has ordered this product before. This is great for when we have sales and for followups.
Your login is the same as greenroom (your username). Find it in the App Store!

This mobile app will house everything from samples you can send to people, a learning tab where you can learn everything from makeup tutorials to personal development, and a place to create your own traceable media and links to send out.

This app also houses lots of premade marketing material. Use your username and password that you use for the Greenroom to access this. Find it in the App Store!

The desktop version is a site where you can start to create your own emails with the same media sources that you have in your mobile app.  The app and the website work in harmony with each other but they are different from each other.

You can also set up your own personal folders on Boards and only give access to those you want to share with. Make sure to save the things that you are frequently having to type out or share such as your BG ID, your personal Colormatch link, websites, amy script you use, etc.

Introducing the Amazebox

Their first order will count as PNV for you. Also, LimeLife loves to reward loyalty so their second shipment on will ship for free.  You will not get a personal new volume on the second shipment on, but they will still count for your qualifying volume (QV).

Sharing what you love is ALWAYS better than just pushing a product. Your network wants to see YOU, not a picture of a product. They want to know HOW to use it and WHY they need it. Always add value, educate and show your face.

A. It looks like spam, FB/IG will recognize it and not show it to your network.

B. Your network will think its an ad and scroll right past it.

Whenever you talk about something LimeLife Corporate has announced or something important, make sure you add a personal touch. Just sharing a graphic will keep people scrolling. They want to see YOU telling them. And it’s totally okay to be yourself. It can be as easy as using an app to make a collage with a selfie and whatever you’re wanting to show your network.

Track Your Journey

It’s a good idea to periodically post how far you’ve come in your business. Remember, every step is a celebration! Did you get your first 3 customers?! Post and celebrate! Did you promote? Post and celebrate! Did you set a goal to walk daily for a month? Post and celebrate! You will slowly be building your audience over time so it’s good to let your old viewers remember where you started and show your new viewers that too!

Clean Up Your Palettes

When presenting your products, take an extra moment to wipe away spilled or excess product from the packaging surrounding the actual product itself. Typically, one finds more value in something presented in a clean, non- distracting way over something that is a little messy or unappealing. It's not that the quality of our product won't sell itself, but it does help to not have the audience focused elsewhere during your photo or demonstration.

When it comes to helping a new client, color matching is the foundation upon which everything else is built. This section will help you feel more confident in giving your customer the resources to find their perfect color. It all comes down to a color match quiz result and a photo when matching someone online.

Samples

You have the option of sending out custom created skincare + foundation samples or having your potential customers order one for themselves through your LimeLife Grow app. They come in a beautiful package with instructions on how to use them and your name on the information card. Your customers will love how beautiful they are! They will also get automatic emails following up to let them know their sample has shipped + how to use them already completely set up and done for you! You should offer samples a few times a month or more just so that people who are hesitant to purchase know the option is available. You can also create your own custom sample packs for customers. Ask your Enroller for resources for this. Most supplies can be purchased on Amazon and samples of most of the skin and body care items can be purchased in your Greenroom.


Limelifer Referral Link

As you build your business, it's important to share your LimeLifer referral link with new customers. Each time someone clicks on that and places a qualifying order (signed up for a new account and the order is over $40) you will receive 40 LimeLife stars and $5 product credit. Your customers can then use their own referral link in their account to send to their friends and family so that your customer base will keep growing! Let them know they have a referral link when they create their customer account!

Retail vs Wholesale

RETAIL
All customer orders are placed as Retail. It is the full value of the product. You must also place your own order as retail if you want to use your product credit. Commission goes to your paycheck.

WHOLESALE
Wholesale is what you can do if you are ordering for yourself. The 20% base commission is what you save.


Helping Customers Shop

SAVE A BAG
One of the best features at LimeLife is the Save A Bag feature! You can add items into your customer's shopping bag so that they go into their retail account, click their shopping bag, and can immediately check out. See how below!
The customer must have an account created before being able to place items in their bag. Keep in mind, once your customer has items saved in their bag, you will not be able to make edits on your side.


How to Save a Bag

- Log into your Green Room

- Go to Store and begin adding the items your customer wants to their Bag.

- When you go to checkout, there will be a Save Bag button. Select the option to save for a customer. Then Search for the customer’s name.

- Let your customer know that you have saved items to their shopping bag. They’ll only be a few clicks away from completing their order!

- Remind them that this order will advance their LimeLifer Stars and get them closer to earning cash back rewards and free shipping once a month too!


Lead Capture

Sync your app to your phone contacts so you can easily upload your current contact information! If you want to start collecting info of people who are not customers or already in your contacts you can go to the app and on the bottom right click More - My Profile - Share Options - Lead Capture ON. It’s recommended to capture at least their email and phone number so you can contact them through email or text. This is great for sending weekly/monthly mass emails!
