Welcome friends. I'm Nicci and I am so glad your here.

I have been in the industry for 15+ years. "Doing hair" has always meant more to me than just that. It's relational. It's meaningful (I hope) in a deeper way than just getting your hair done.

Over the last few years as life has taken me and my 2 sweet daughters on a path we never would have chosen, a dream was born out of that place of vulnerability and pain. Glimpses of that dream were realized as the people in my chair were gifts of grace to me during loss and sadness.

For now, as I wait for God's direction and timing, I want my chair to be a small picture of what's to come. Relationship. Community, Bearing with one another. Hoping. Dreaming..all while being rooted firmly in a foundation that never crumbles, never waivers, and always presses on.

My sincere hope for whoever God places in my chair is that our time together would be more than just a transactional experience, but that it would help us Flourish together, as we Root ourselves deeply in truth and love.
