Meet The Picnics
How do I book a picnic?
Booking a picnic is easy. Simply click one of our booking links to go to the booking page, select your available date and time, add any extras you want and voila leave the rest to us. We’ll be in touch within 24 hours.
Book A Picnic
Do picnics come with food?
Picnics do come with complimentary water, non-alcoholic beverage, and ice, ‘The Works’ picnic does come with individual snacking boxes or trays. ‘The Standard’ and ‘The One’ picnics include a small snacking cup. Vegan and vegetarian available.
What are my location options.
We are quite flexible with setups. You have the choice of having your picnic at the park, beach or an approved location. We can suggest one of our favorite locations or feel free to let us know where you have in mind.
How long does a picnic last?
‘The Standard’ and ‘The Works’ picnics are reserved for two (2) hours. ‘The One’ picnic is reserved for 1.5 hours. VIPs have the option of using up to 1 hour additional per booking at no additional cost. Any additional picnic times will be charged at a rate of $49 per hour. If you would like to leave before your allotted time is up, please give us a call or text 30 minutes prior to leaving.
Does The Good Picnic stay during our allotted time?
As much as we love a good get together, we do not stay during your reserved time. We will be there to greet you and return at your reservation end time.
When can I book a picnic?
A picnic should be booked at least 72 hours before your preferred date.
Can we rent your items?
If items are available for rent, they will be listed in our online shop.
What is your cancellation policy?
To reserve your picnic, a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The remainder of your balance is due 24 hours before your reserved picnic date. If your balance is not received by the above stated time, then your picnic will be canceled and will not be rescheduled. You can cancel your picnic up to 72 hours before your reserved picnic date and reschedule for another preferred date. We do not issue refunds.
What about bad weather?
If bad weather is forecasted on your reserved picnic day, we will contact you the day before about setting up at your specified indoor backup location or reschedule in accordance with our cancellation policy.
What is the VIP Membership?
The Good Picnic VIP Membership is the first of its kind in luxury styled picnics. As a VIP, you get additional picnic time at no additional charge, discounts on additional guests, half off on every 4th picnic and more. It’s a one year membership.
