It’s 2011, as a 20 year old mama, I felt all the pressure. What I didn’t understand was how to look after my body & how my fitness could work for my life as a busy mama… trying every fad diet under the sun, declining mental health and binge drinking had me frustrated and feeling like the problem was ME. Throw in diet culture, societal expectations and misinformation I felt even more like it was just me that was the issue…Boy was I wrong.

Fast forward to 2020, after the birth of my second daughter I wanted to create something that worked alongside other commitments or family life. Enter thehungrymamapt…

I created thehungrymamapt with our children’s generation in mind. I want to SHOW them how strong the human body can be and how fitness is a positive tool for self-care. As an introvert myself I offer a sensitive and personal touch to training.
