Before booking you must read and understand the following policies:
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required when booking to hold your spot. This goes toward your service total. Life happens—we get it! If you need to reschedule, just do so at least 24 hours in advance to keep your deposit. Cancellations or no-shows without proper notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.
$25 deposit + $1.25 tax
PAYMENT: remaining balance is due the day of your appointment! Preferably cash, but I also accept cards with 5% transaction fee added on.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% late cancellation fee.
If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new appointment. ( Deposits can be rolled over ONE time if you need to reschedule. After that, a new deposit will be required to rebook.)
No-shows will be charged 75% of the scheduled service, and will be blocked from booking till fees are paid.
Late arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the full service can be provided. If you are more than 10 minutes late it will be a $10 late fee, after 15 minutes your appointment is cancelled. If we’re still able to accommodate you, your appointment may be shortened due to me having other clients.
The full service price will still apply for late arrivals, even if less time is available for your appointment.
Guests
To maintain a peaceful and professional space, I kindly ask that you come to your appointment alone. No extra guests or children are permitted during services. Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy! 💖
Fill ins
Fills are recommended every 2-3 weeks. To be considered a fill, at least 50% of your lashes must be retained. Anything less may be considered a full set and charged accordingly. We do not perform fills on work done by another lash artist
Refund policy
Due to the time and commitment, we do not offer refunds on completed services. If you have any concerns, please reach out within 48 hours and we’ll do our best to address them.
If you experience a lot of lash fall out within the first 2 days, please hesitate to reach out, we’ll be happy to get you scheduled for a touch up appointment.
DONT’S/ DO’S
• absolutely no makeup!!! specifically mascara
• avoid caffeine
• avoid high ponytail, claw clips, and high buns.
• Feel free to bring your favorite blanket and headphones to stay cozy and relaxed during your service! 🤎
