I’ve been in the beauty industry since 2008, and I’ve worn just about every hat along the way: receptionist, commission stylist, booth renter, salon manager, educator, coach, and salon suite owner.

My experience runs deep, and every role has shaped how I show up today.

I started coaching because I was tired of watching talented, passionate stylists burn OUT.
