As part of the LPE INITIATIVE, I am sharing CSquared: Culinary Collaborative. In our Culinary Collaborative, we will co-create a healthy centered lifestyle while also preparing nutritious meals and increasing access to culturally appropriate foods. We have a means to nurture and provide healthier options for ourselves and our communities. With the knowledge and action, from accessibility to proper preparation and consumption, we can reduce health risks associated with our cultures while also creating the discipline to pass healthy centeredness from generation to generation.
