Hi, I'm Amy! 👋🏻 Maker of macarons and mother to James, my official taste tester. I've been gluten-free for over 15 years now, and these luxurious little sandwich cookies have always been my go-to dessert of choice since they're made with almond flour.

After welcoming my son, I faced the whirlwind of postpartum anxiety. But my kitchen became my sanctuary, and making macarons, with all their intricate details, became my therapy. It's incredible how these little confections helped me find calm in chaos.
