When booking online, please note that it is an appointment REQUEST, and your appointment
is not booked until it has been approved. Our booking system will send you a text as soon as it has been approved, as well as text reminders leading up to your appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

When booking online, you will be asked to put a card on file. This is only to protect against no-shows and same day cancellations. If this happens, the card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. We will always reach out to you personally before charging your card.
