Welcome to The Max Flavour. I’m Maxine, a qualified chef, passionate about all things food-related, put on this earth to share my foodie creations with the world!

I specialise in small Private Function Foods, Custom Cakes & Bakes, as well as farm-fresh Frozen Meals.

For convenience, your selection of baked goodies are packaged up with care, ready to be packed out and displayed for your event, or taken to your favourite picnic spot to be enjoyed.

Custom Cakes are prepared at least 48 hours in advance for ultimate freshness - packaged in a large, portable cardboard box to ensure it gets to your desired destination without being compromised.

Frozen Meals are prepared with love in my home-kitchen with only the best available ingredients, (a select few from my own veggie garden), packed into freezer-friendly containers ready to be defrosted and reheated in your kitchen!

Focusing on fresh & wholesome food, your order from The Max Flavour will be filled with the very best locally sourced produce, where each ingredient is handled with care and treated with respect👩🏼‍🍳

If you’re looking for something a little different to spice up your dinner parties and private functions, I am available as your very own in-house private chef.

I’ve trained in restaurant-kitchens such as Faber in Paarl (South Africa), The Riverclub in Livingstone (Zambia), and worked alongside talented Chefs for weddings at Belair Pavillion in Paarl (South Africa).
