Hey Heyy, I’m Coach Caitlyn!
Creator of The Mom Bod Pod, a podcasts bringing together all things motherhood to fitness, and MBP Training, a custom virtual personal training platform designed for home/gym/or hybrid based workouts.

I’ve always had a natural love for being physically active. Throughout my life of playing 5+ sports, year round, at different levels of competition I’ve had the opportunity to experience all types of coaches/trainers. The good, the bad, even the really really bad. Therefore, I understand the importance of having a great coach to help guide you through your health/fitness journey and meeting you wherever you’re at!

You’ll find that I’m a qualified and certified personal training with 3 years of professional training on top of a decade of personal experience. Regardless of your medical conditions, previous injuries, pregnancy/postpartum, limited knowledge of strength training or nutrition I’ve got a way to help achieve an overall healthier lifestyle for you!
