The Movement Garden

AN ONLINE MOVEMENT COMMUNITY THAT NURTURES MIND, BODY, AND SPIRIT THROUGH YOGA, MOVEMENT, AND CREATIVE PRACTICES.

Community is at the center of The movement garden. A safe space to learn, heal, and become closer to ourselves. The work that we are passionate and dedicated to is reimagining the health and wellness world, making wellness practices inclusive and accessible. We are constantly learning and finding new ways to better share the power of mindful movement practices and are very excited to dedicate a space to that!

The Movement garden (TMG) currently offers zoom yoga practices, as well as in-person outdoor yoga classes, and a book club. FITNESS AND NUTRITION COACHING COMING SOON!

 A VIRTUAL BOOK CLUB CENTERING SPIRITUALITY, ACTIVISM, LOVE, SELF-REFLECTION AND MORE!

EACH MONTH, TMG BOOK CLUB UPLIFTS ONE BOOK, WRITING, OR POEM(S) BY DIFFERENT BIPOC AND WOMEN WRITERS. THIS CLUB MEETS VIRTUALLY (VIA ZOOM) ONCE MONTH TO REFLECT AND DISCUSS WRITINGS WHILE ALSO BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS AND COMMUNITY, LONG DISTANCE.
