APPOINTMENTS
• All of my services are appointment based only.
• A NON-REFUNDABLE $30 deposit which will be put towards your set must be made in order to secure your appointment.
• NO CHILDREN, PETS, NOR PLUS ONES. Unfortunately my suite only has the capacity for only 1 person at a time . I appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.
• Once a service has been completed it is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you’ve had any issues with the service such as paint chipping, problems with the nail enhancement, etc. Please reach out to us so that we could accommodate you!

CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS
• Your time as well as our clients is very important to us; I ask that you please be courteous and try your best to be on time . Late arrivals will result in little to no time for your design .
• Things happen ! Sometimes you need to cancel and that’s ok. Please keep in mind that ALL cancellations whether done last minute or in advance is an automatic forfeiture of your deposit.
•SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS unfortunately If you happen to cancel on the same day you automatically forfeit your $30 deposit . The $30 deposit once canceled whether in advance or same day CANNOT be reapplied towards any future appointments. Once that happens you’d have to enter a new deposit to make a new appointment.
•NO SHOWS Life can be a little complicated, However a no show is completely unacceptable. If you reach out to me to explain your situation I may be able to accommodate you, but not receiving contact from you will not only automatically forfeit your deposit but you’ll also be charged for the full service as well.
• RESCHEDULING All deposits are nonrefundable, however If you reschedule before 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will transfer over to your resceduled appointment.

HEALTH SAFETY
• Sanitation and cleanliness is my top priority . If you are sick please stay home .
• For liability purposes we DO NOT remove ingrown nails and should only be removed by a certified doctor.
• If your nail or the skin surrounding it is either red, swollen, or infected, legally it can not be worked on and can result in a denial of service.
