Booking and Cancellation Policy

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee of $150 is required. This fee ensures your spot is reserved and is deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
The booking fee must be paid within 24 hours of booking. If not received within this time, your appointment will be automatically canceled.
- Last-minute cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee. We value your time, and we ask that you do the same by providing sufficient notice (48 hrs) if you need to reschedule or cancel, in this case your deposit on file can be reuse to rebook at your convenience.
Please note that if you were to cancel again, your deposit would be forfeited.

LATE ARRIVAL
Please be on time for your appointment. I allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, there will be a $50 late fee. If you're 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit FORFEITED.

Consistently arriving late affects the quality of service I can provide and impacts other clients. I understand life happens, but repeated lateness may result in a non-refundable deposit or refusal of future bookings.

HOLIDAYS: A fee of $150 will be ADDED to your service.

CALL OUTS: A fee of $150 will be required.

AGE: 11+

No additional persons are allowed at appointment unless permitted.

CASH, ENDCASH or BANK TRANSFER for balance payments.
