I am so glad you’re here!

Nursing has allowed me to take on a lot of different roles in the last six years. I started my career in the Pediatric ICU, where I worked my way up to charge nurse, preceptor and nurse residency facilitator and I’ve also spent time as a pediatric clinical instructor and NCLEX/ pediatrics tutor. In my current role, I work as a nurse leader in nursing recruitment, retention and recognition where I hire, coach and advocate for the nurses and nursing students at my hospital. I’m so lucky to have had such a variety of experiences that has allowed me to build a huge skill set — and now I’m here to share what I’ve learned with you!
