Have a seat, legs crossed, back straight yet relaxed. Roll your shoulders forward and back.
Place one hand on stomach and the other on your heart. Simply notice your breath.......in & out, in & out....
As you slow your breath down ~ breathing in deeply and breathing out completely~ imagine a wave of peace washing over and throughout your entire body....in & out, in & out.....
Stay here for several breaths.
As you return to your normal breath, notice how you feel physically, emotionally, mentally. Remember that your breath is always with you & you can return to this practice whenever you need to.
