I was falsely diagnosed with EOE. Eosinophilic Esophagitis. This chronic auto immune disease caused me to turn my whole life around and research the unknown. I was later on diagnosed with the CORRECT diagnosis: GERD. Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease. I’ve had to endure so much pain, medication, and discomfort that I was OVER IT. So, I researched and turned to more natural health and oil remedies. During this hard time essential oils, acupressure, meditation, journaling, and a plant- based diet were what helped me immensely.
