You know how some people are wine snobs or food snobs? Well, I'm a party snob!
I love to design and throw parties, and I'm here to make your Pinterest party come to life.
My interest in party planning started with weddings. I was the assistant to the coordinator at my former church. I also had the opportunity to coordinate some friend's weddings, as well as bridal and baby showers. After I married and started my own family, my focus changed to children's parties.
Friends and family have always encouraged me to turn my party planning into a business so... here I go!
I am extremely detail-oriented, organized & a perfectionist. My goal is to build strong and lasting relationships with my clients all while creating the event of their dreams!

Process & Pricing
I'm here to make your Pinterest party come to life.
Ultimately, the overall cost will depend upon the type of party you are wanting, the number of guests attending, and the desired amount of activities/entertainment needed. We recognize that each event is unique which is why our prices vary. Here's how it works:
Step 1: Free Consultation
To set up a FREE consultation please fill out the Client Questionnaire below.
Your consultation can be scheduled in person or via video chat. At the consultation you will meet with me, Kerrin and we will discuss your desired event details and inspirations that fit within your budget.
Step 2: Cost & Contract
There are a few different variables that go into determining the right price to design, source, and coordinate your upcoming event.
After the consultation, a price quote will be issued.
Step 3: Planning The Event
Upon hire, a retainer fee is required to hold your date. The retainer fee is a percentage of the total cost of your event and is counted towards your total payment. The retainer fee is non-refundable.
Services include:
• In-person, video call or phone consultation to go over all design elements, floor plan and decor.
• A fully customized Pinterest board with pictures and a color scheme.
• Coordination with all vendors as required for design elements & decor details: Design with floor plan, decor, set-up, rental selections, cake & dessert design, invitation, entertainment, catering, florals, balloons, etc.
• Unlimited phone & email support, within my hours of operation.
• Final details meeting/discussion of set-up.
• Day of coordination: Manage on-site production during set-up, carryout and clean up.
Hourly Rate:
Some clients will not require full event design and coordination. If you are only interested in Day-Of Coordination or only Design & Styling, my hourly rate is $55/hour.
