All this is possible, thanks to Rafael Gil, a Spanish chef in love with Ibiza and Irene, who is passionate about the fusion of Spanish products and Asian culture.

El objetivo primordial de este proyecto es hacer que las personas, tengan experiencias únicas a través de nuestros platos, haciéndoles sentir que viajan a través de ellos a lugares de Asía, o del Mediterráneo donde nuestro chef encontró la inspiración para plasmarlas y traerlas a sus mesas.

Trabajamos con productos de la tierra como no podía ser menos, combinando lo mejor del Mediterráneo y los productos más exóticos.

Todo esto es posible, gracias a Rafael gil chef español enamorado de Ibiza y Irene apasionada de la fusión del producto español y la cultura asiática.
