Restorative Yoga & Gong Bath | 13th October | 6:30pm
An evening for you to be guided through an experience of deep relaxation. Your evening will start with 30 minutes of yoga based movements followed by an hour long sound bath guided by Treedrum .
'This practice is as old as time can remember, a practice that utilises wave forms and frequencies that work with our own physiology. I will take my lead from you or the atmosphere in the room and transport you on a relaxing sound-scape journey that will bring inner calm and rejuvenate energy levels.'
