I'm a California native and graduate of Prairie View A&M University where I earned my masters in Human Science. I am a first generation born to Jamaican parents who completely understands the woes of code switching in a system that was not built with me in mind in the slightest.

I have 4yrs experience working with diverse communities of color, genders identities, and gender expressions, and sexual orientations in both TX & CA. I enjoy creating a safe space for straight, same-sex, interracial, non-binary, open and poly couples dealing with physical/emotional affairs, lack of sexual desire, lack of intimacy, communication/loss of connection. As well as adults and emerging adults struggling with stress, boundaries, life transitions and/or identity issues.

I truly believe Mental Health maintenance can mean the difference between minor tasks festering and presenting as insurmountable undertaking (self sabotage) & bite size chunks of a manageable responsibility.

Throughout our sessions my goal is to empower you to embrace your diversity and intersectionality whilst being radically & unapologetically you!
