After struggling for 30 years with anxiety and depression, I said enough was enough. I was sick and tired of fatigue, constant irritation, excessive worry, zero focus or motivation and honestly just pure dread of facing another mundane day. So I put my big girl panties on, tied up my shoelaces and said $crew this. I got real with myself and started really digging deep into how to really heal without just adding more and more medication. I wanted more than a bandaid approach & I found it and I saw results in less then 30 days 🤯

Now I look back and I can be proud of how I was able to pull myself out of what was literally killing me. I’m proud of the progress I’ve made and by no means am I perfect but I’m no longer striving for perfection. Recently God laid it on my heart to extend the same hand to others as the hands that were extended to me. You are here on this page for a reason, consider this your sign.
