Hi, I’m Teija, a Londoner with Scandinavian roots! Passionate about getting everyone moving, I work with groups and individuals to empower strength from within.
I am a Personal Trainer and group fitness coach, teaching group exercise in local gyms for the last few years. The recent pandemic has meant that we have all had a shift in the way that we work, therefore, I have brought my offering to the community, online and in-person!
My mission is to get everyone to find freedom through movement and exercise. Allowing headspace and escape from the general chaos of life!
I offer live & on-demand online group exercise classes as well as one to one sessions. I specialise in bringing awareness to the body, mind and breath through Pilates, Yoga and Strength and Conditioning.
My mantra is everything in balance! We only live once, so let’s live it well!! #movementismedicine
By day you’ll find me planning, developing and learning how to move the body most efficiently and effectively, teaching classes and working with individuals. Or, running around being mum to our two boys and our Cavapoo pup🐶 .
We love to be out in nature, walking in the woods and exploring new places.
By night, once the kids are sorted, you’ll find me reading 📖 or cosying up on the sofa with a good film or checking out the latest podcasts!😃
