I pursue God, love my family, and seek wisdom and understanding. I’m passionate about leading people into the presence of God, and I am called to develop regular people into strong leaders and coach strong leaders into disciple-makers.

My wife, @hevynallen, and I helped plant @yourhopecity in Houston under Pastors Jeremy and Jennifer Foster. I have held a few different roles at Hope City (Creative Director (2015-2018), Central Worship Pastor of @yourhopecityworship (2015-2020), and now serve in an advisory role for HC while coaching other multisite and growing churches in effective ministry and worship development.

I live in Houston with my beautiful wife, Hevyn, and four amazing children - Ezri, Edyn, Rafe, and Lark.
