Everything’s Always Better With Moca

Born and raised in Southern California, my heart was always pulled in the direction to help others. I grew up in a loving family, that always taught me to lead by example and never let anyone tell me I couldn’t follow my dream. This was a main factor in becoming the woman I am today. I never gave up.

I didn’t always start out in Real Estate, as a matter of fact, I went to Nursing School, on the path to follow my dreams to become a nurse. I’ve been in the medical field for over 10 years, but after the pandemic hit, life just sort of drove me down a different path. I never thought in a million years that I would fall in love with this career! I realized, that I can still be a caring and nurturing person, not only to my patients, but even to my clients! As I’ve sat down with my buyers and sellers, I realized that showing them that caring and compassionate side, and making sure that they know I’m not all just business, is not a weakness, it’s strength, and it just shows that, hey, I’m human too! Drowning yourself in your job is not your work, it’s what you do with your heart and soul, and letting people know that, “hey, I am here for you and you can count on me to guide you through the home buying or selling process.” Knowing they have someone to lean on, makes all the difference to a person.

I love my job and I love the satisfaction it gives me at the end of the day. Even though I left the medical field, I found that this career path has shown me my real purpose, and knowing I can help you on this journey to either sell your home or find your dream home, gives me the motivation to give it my all every time and make that experience, unforgettable!
