✨Masks are optional. If you are sick, please contact me ASAP. Do not come to your appointment. If you do not contact me. you will be considered a no call/show.
✨Must book 48 hours in advance, Contact via text if you are looking for an appointment after the 48 hour time frame.
✨ If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact us 24 hours in advance via text or by phone. Appointments not canceled within 24 hours will result in additional 20% fee of remaining balance. You can reschedule your appointment without penalty one time. If you need to reschedule again then a new 50% booking fee of service will be required .
✨A NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE of 50% of your service is due when you book your appointment. It goes toward your service and you pay the remainder at your appointment (Exact cash or card only)
✨There is a 10 minute grace period. After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and new deposit will have to be paid to book a new appointment. *Late arrival will also shorten the length of your service
✨NO CALL/NO SHOWS will charged the full amount of the remainder of your service and be prevented from booking future appointments.
✨No additional guest or children allowed
✨NO refunds after service has been rendered, at the time of service, or no call/no show after grace period.

✨If you have been prescribed any topical medications by your Dermatologist, please stop ONE week before your appointment.
✨Stop the use of any chemical exfoliants (AHAs, BHAs, Retinols) at least ONE week before your appointment.
✨Do not resume chemical exfoliants/retinols for at least 5-7 days after your appointment.
✨The following medication can increase sensitivity to light: antibiotics, retinoids, anti fungal, painkillers, antidepressants and psychiatric medications. Please alert the licensed esthetician.

✨Discontinue the use of any chemical exfoliants, topical medications and lightener creams at least one week prior to your appointment.
✨If you have shaved, used nair, waxed or any form of hair removal, allow at least 3-4 weeks of hair growth before booking
✨Do not trim/shave before your appointment
