We’re often told to love ourselves. This can be hard for us when we’re making changes and implementing new habits into our life.
It can be beneficial to have accountability for self care items that you want to add into your life (even if it’s as simple as drinking more water).
I wanted to self soothe myself and make daily changes in my life but I had no idea where to start.
This is where The Soothe Club was born.
When I started down my healing journey I needed simple daily actionable steps to get the ball rolling and needed someone there to motivate me on the days I felt defeated (which happens a lot when you’re already burnt out).
So I’ve created just that.
