What if every day you told your kids you love them? What if you could work out what Y O U want for the next season of your life. The possibilities!

Who would you be? What would you be doing? What would you have? And most importantly how would you feel?✌💁

This space is for you if you’re looking for a tribe of women who want to set the rules on 🔥 Who want to dream again + work out where they want to go next in their lives + transition with grace.

I’m here to share with you all the tools that I use daily to do just that. I lay out my framework + you put yourself in it. You experiment with the tools + what works for you, what sets your 💗 on fire, what inspires you to be the best version of you + what connects you with your unique potential.

My mission is to inspire women to be present in the spaces in between + to fall in love with the process of consciously creating their life with imperfect action + 💗.

About me

I’m a kinda jean + @superga girl. With no makeup + hair well let’s not talk about the hair!

I am a mum, wife, daughter, sister + friend.
And I’m just like you. I don’t speak on stage in front of 1000’s of people ( I would literally be throwing up in the wings.) I haven’t run a marathon. I haven’t written a book. I haven’t overcome any serious health issues. No childhood trauma.

I am a Mum that when her kids moved 416km away to go to Uni, stopped + thought 💭 (warning expletives coming) “what the f*ck now?”

I’ve dug deep. Researched. Studied. Experimented. And I finally came out the other side. I’ve developed a framework to help pull me out of the hole + start to consciously create my life, I’ve used that space where I am now and where I want to go to imagine how I want my future to be for M E + for my family (but mainly me let’s be honest!)

I’m dreaming again. I’m seeing possibilities.
I use these tools within the framework daily + now it’s time to share the 💗.

I haven’t been the greatest at finishing things, I admit. I’m not the type of person to write out my goals, I’ve actually never really consciously taken the time to do that, until now (total game changer!)

I studied at Uni, ended up with a Bachelor of Arts in Recreation Management + have spent most of my working career as an Event Manager (I really like organising things.)

I am obsessed with personal development (closet reader) + everything neurosciencey.
I L O V E coffee + you can often find me walking my dog 🐕 in the bush tracks near my home or the beach. I can also be found in many a coffee shop in my home town, with my journal + fav pen in hand.

I’m an introvert + love 1:1 conversations.
Oh and I’m an avid meditator. I learned Transcendental Meditation when I was 10 with my family. The year was 1977. Quite progressive (no we were not hippies, not that there’s anything wrong with that!) this practice has stayed with me ever since.
