The Process

🚀STEP ONE: Werk-flow Wonder call

This is our first connect point. We’ll talk about you and your main challenges+ troubles with your current system. Shortly after this touchpoint, you’ll receive a proposal from me.

🚀STEP TWO: Werk-flow Welcome

After accepting the proposal and paying the invoice, you’ll receive a Welcome Kit from me that contains a little homework. Once I receive your completed assignments, we’ll get to the nitty gritty!

🚀STEP THREE: Werk-flow Mapping Session

This is my favorite part! Next, we will schedule time together to pick-apart then build each for your automated werkflows that will run on their own when we’re finished.

🚀STEP FOUR: Pre-werk

In this phase, you will receive a questionnaires to complete for me to collect all of the details and copy for the forms, emails and workflows I will build out during Werkflow weekend!

🚀STEP 5: Werkflow weekend takes place!

We’ll start off with a 30 min kick off call to go over any last questions and I will spend the day setting up your custom system.

🚀STEP 6: Werk-flow shift

On day 2, I will test out your workflows to ensure all of the kinks are werked out. We will end the day with an Offboarding call and you’ll be providedall the training and resources that you’ll need to feel comfortable to take reign. You’re the boss now!

🚀STEP SIX: Werk-flow love

For 30 days, I’m all yours for our troubleshooting period. Afterward, I’ll check up on you from time to time and make sure you’re LOVING your new system. I’ll keep you updated on the latest features and cool tips + tricks to maintain your expertise.

I am a creative bad ass with a knack for solving puzzles and making the best time. My superpower is streamlining systems that are easy, efficient and enjoyable. 🤗

My appreciation for systems ignited in college when I had to juggle being a student, roommate to three, friend, daughter, valet runner, bellperson and volunteer while having enough time to party on Southbeach! 💃🏾

I mastered the art of managing time and soon began running daily operations for management offices, c-suite executives and solopreneurs of all sorts (graphic designers, public speakers, professional organizers, you name it!). 👩🏾‍💻

When I’m not slaying inefficiencies, I’m probably reading a juicy novel or checking out a local art gallery opening. I enjoy putting my project management skills into planning awesome trips with my friends and partner. I also take pride in sitting in leadership positions that serve and empower black women and the LGBTQ+ community. 🦋
