Or otherwise known as the Chief Operations Officer to the Chief Executive Officer in the traditional workplace.

As the OBM, I'm the operations-driven implementer for you, the business owner.

I take your visionary ideas and goals and I make them happen by utilizing other team members. I create a plan that's broken down into smaller goals and tasks to be completed and then I manage the projects making sure everything is completed on time and goals are reached.

Basically I get stuff done while creating processes, procedures, and workflows in the business.

I am the team leader, helping to set and reach goals, delegating things to team members, and solving problems so you, the business owner don’t have to worry about it and can focus on what you do best.

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT:

An online business manager looks at the bigger picture, delegates tasks from that big picture plan to the virtual assistant, and manages the team.

An online business manager may still do some day-to-day tasks but they are more big picture focused, project managers that take the visionaries vision and make it happen. They are focused on high level systems, task management, and making sure the team has all they need to accomplish their goals.

I have packages starting at $2000 a month depending on how involved you'd like me to be. We'll create a package together and agree upon a schedule of communication that works for both of us!

My packages give a general range of hours spent on your business but are mostly focused on the tasks and goals I'll be accomplishing each month. I find it's best to not trade time for money but instead focus on the impact I'll have on your business.

I only take 1-2 clients at a time to ensure my best quality of work. As an online business manager I am truly your right hand woman and I only work with companies that really want a fully integrated and invested team member
