How long is the program?
4 weeks or 28 days. My girls get their programming a month at a time.

What is the price?
My personalized 1:1 coaching is $250 a month. If that seems like an investment, you are totally correct! It is! But here’s the thing girl, YOU ARE WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY! You deserve to prioritize yourself and put your health and fitness first. These aren’t cookie cutter programs. Every single client gets a personalized day to day program specific to their lifestyle, goals and schedule. I am your coach, mentor and biggest hype girl! My programs work because I take into account everything you need to be successful and I make it easy for you to hit your goals. Hiring a personal trainer at your gym will run you $75-100+ per session just for an hour of training!!!!

What equipment do I need?
Great question. It depends. We will determine if you prefer to do a home or gym based plan or a combination of both. That’s the great thing about a personalized plan, we take into account every detail of your lifestyle to create a plan that sets you up for success!
If you choose a gym based plan your gym should have all the equipment you need!
If you choose a home based plan you will need 2 sets of dumbbells (light and heavy). Keep in mind if you progress (which is the plan) you’re going to get stronger and will need to up that weight eventually.

What makes you qualified to be my coach?
I am a NASM-CPT and NASM-CNC. I hold credentials in personal training and nutrition coaching. NASM is one of the most difficult and widely respected fitness organizations to gain credentials through. This is exactly why I chose their program! I like a challenge and I wanted to be as educated as possible to help as many people as possible.
But I am more than my credentials. I have a serious passion for helping people hit their goals. I have been in your position. I have desperately wanted to change my life but didn’t know where to start. I wish I had discovered online personal coaching then! I worked my ass off for 3 years in the gym and regained the confidence I needed to seriously change my life. I dropped 70lbs and all the things that didn’t serve me (like my dead weight ex boyfriend 🤪).
Currently I am a new mama to a beautiful baby girl and I am embarking on the next phase of my journey! Appreciating my body, balancing my time and kicking ass to be the best mom I can be for her.
