Hi! I’m Alyssa!

If you know me already you know that I love all things versatile. I want to teach women how to live intentionally with simple versatile hacks for everyday routines all the while encouraging you to live on purpose & in fullness of joy.

After all, we were created to have life and life more abundantly. Right?

As a full time stay at home mom to three beautiful children life can get hectic at times. I wanted to find a way to share what worked for me in my personal routines in hopes it encourages or helps other women out there.

I’ve created recommended links, products, recipes, systems and more just for you! I’m still creating and growing so follow along as I share ways to save you time, money, and energy.

Delish Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake

This shake aloud me to get good pea protein into my body each day without added junk in most foods. It’s a quick snack or even a meal replacement that suppresses my appetite to allow me to maintain my weight. I lost 19 lbs just in the first 2 months of taking this recipe 1X a day as breakfast or lunch. Its delicious!
