I am passionate about living a healthy lifestyle. I recent years after going through an life changing injury and then hitting peri menopause the way that I have chosen to take care of myself has shifted.

As someone who has always lived life with intensity I have had to learn how to be moderate. When what you do today effects how you experience tomorrow and qualify if life overcomes all changes start to happen.

The 3 M’s of Meals Mindset and Movement are essential to a healthy and happy life.

Focussing on what we put into our bodies firstly with food, how we think about it lives and how we operate in the world - Mindset and the way we chose to Move - Movement.

I am an ex international gymnast, Health and Physical Education teacher, of 20 years who is now a Health and Wellness coach specialising in nutrition and womens issues.

Through my own journey of discovery I aim to empower women to not only survive the shifts and changes we experience but to thrive.

I deliver short courses to support you to develop all of the 3 M’s.

I also offer one on one coaching to help you to make healthy shifts in your life.
