I have tried to be proactive about my health - but I didn’t realize how BAD I felt until I felt SO GOOD! 🔥

While on my personal wellness journey, I became obsessed with learning about cellular metabolism.

And this is where I learned about BIOHACKING.

Now, I am VERY familiar with biohacking on a lifestyle level. This includes making dietary changes, exercising, stress management, as a way to improve overall health and well being.

Other forms of biohacking that you may commonly see are red light therapy, cold plunges, low inflammatory foods, etc.
