The Zydeco Sisters were formed through a powerhouse friendship and love of music. Made up of two women who have roots in helping build the hip hop culture in Houston Texas since 2001, Lady D and Fiya have decided to transcend their talents and musical experiences into the Trail ride Community.

Lady D has always been involved in music starting at an early age in the church choir with her cousins as they traveled to different churches in Houston. She was officially a member of the Sexx Fiend Click, one of Houston's first rap groups to hit the scene in the early 90's. Formerly known as Starr Jonez, she helped to compose and write music for the group which led to touring with other artists such as, Mystical, Too Short, The Ying Yang Twins, SUC, 2 Chainz and others.

The Spirit and Vibe of Fiya has been influenced by all the fore fathers and mothers of the Hip Hop Culture. Music has been a true blessing upon her life that she always knew in some way, shape or fashion would be one of the motivational forces in and around her entire life. She has personally been a motivational force in advancing the musical careers of many Entertainers of all genres of music that started out as underground artists in their own city. She continues to give professional guidance in the art form of mastering entertainment on a global platform.

As the Zydeco, Blues and Trail Ride Music Industry evolves, this band is prepared to add to the fabric of this musical genre alongside the other Legendary Entertainers. Thanks in part to how hip-hop has infused with the washboard and accordion rhythms of Zydeco, trail rides have surged in popularity with the current generation. With the love of unity in mind, The Zydeco Sisters introduces a vibe unmatched with their unfiltered down home southern culture. Lady D and Fiya bring a sexy vibe, and southern flare that will reach many generations of people around the world.
